Dry January is now over for 2015, but this doesn’t mean you should resort back to your original drinking habits! If you took part in this years month booze-free then I’m sure you  will have noticed how much healthier, happier and more awake you feel, not to mention the calories and money saved!


The beginning of February is therefore not a marker to make up for all of the alcohol you’ve missed out on, why not see how long you can keep this up, your body will definitely thank you for it!
